Amateur Training reveals all the secrets of different filtration
methods in an in-depth 3-hour course. We start with an overall look at
the processes from coffee bean to the market. Then, we continue with
quick and slow filtration methods:
their use and how to maintain them. All the time we will taste the coffee we prepare in the different pots.

baristas at the start of their career and baristas in general who would
